This former industrial area devoted to TV monitor production has been reconverted into a park for the creative industry. Unlike other creative places in China, this one puts a strong focus on music and is the first one in the country to integrate the whole music production chain, from creation to consumption. Among other facilities, it contains concert halls, theatres and bars, and a cluster of digital music businesses. It also provides platforms for promoting talents through workshops and shows.
