Located in the centre of the brand new urban zone of Yinzhou District, the main purpose of Ningbo’s CBD is to boost the development of the area and the city. It is designed to encourage companies to build their headquarters there and also to allow other applications such as commerce, finance, logistics, information, culture and housing. Leisure time is also integrated in the program through the implementation of a water street which includes elements from traditional cultures of the South of the Yangtze River.
