Located in the Old Bund, this former wharf was transformed down by Wang Shu into a museum, now known as Ningbo Fine Art Museum. It resulted in an architecturally peaceful building made of stone, steel and wooden elements and separated from the city by a wide square which emphasizes the building. While having many permanent employees, including several qualified seniors, its aim is to exhibit and promote treasures from China and abroad.
